Abstract
The purpose of this thesis was to critically analyze the factors involved in mass production and to develop an instructional system for mass production based on behavioral objectives.
The critical analysis of major factors in mass production involved a review of industrial literature and professional journals in industrial education. An instructional system for mass production was developed from information revealed in the review of literature and an experimental study of the system was conducted at the junior high level.
