Abstract
This paper is all about anxiety and anxiety disorders. Within the paper I list some examples and feelings that I have had myself, as I struggle with anxiety. With use of scientific articles, I discuss a lot of what anxiety is, anxiety disorders, how people with anxiety feel, the causes of anxiety and treatment for anxiety.
