Six plaques, four dark blue, one green, one blue/green. Impression on the back states: "18th Triannual Assembly Central Grand Council R. & S.M. Washington D.C. October 9,10, 1933 North Dakota Grand Council of Royal and Select Masters". Two hanger holes on back. Pressed square seal.
