Description
In addition to the pottery made in the Ceramics Department, many souvenirs, medallions, paperweights, ash trays, plaques, nut cups, and curtain pulls were created for special interest groups and cities. Many curtain pulls and medallions were made specifically for fundraisers for the Ceramics Department. The supplies, equipment and salaries budgets were all supplemented by the sale of all types of ceramic ware. The members of the Department seldom made personal pieces.
