Abstract

Maple Grove law firm Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd. is pleased to announce that attorney Amanda Juelson has joined the firm as an associate in the Estate Planning Department. Juelson will focus her practice on Estate Planning; Probate, Estate and Trust Administration; and Elder Law.

“We are excited to continue to expand our Estate Planning Department with Amanda’s addition to our team,” said L. David Henningson, President of Henningson & Snoxell. “Amanda joins Susan Peterson, Jim Snoxell and Jill Adkins in providing a full range of services to clients in elder law and estate planning, including creating wills and trusts to minimize taxes, probate, and trust administration.”

Prior to joining Henningson & Snoxell, Juelson worked for a wealth management firm in Minneapolis. In that capacity, she was responsible for implementing and monitoring a compliance program for ultra-high net worth clients, reviewing trusts and other legal documents to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory laws and requirements. Before moving to Minnesota, she practiced law with a firm in North Dakota where she worked with clients on estate planning, probate, elder law and a variety of other matters.

She is admitted to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and North Dakota and is a member of the Minnesota and North Dakota State Bar associations. Juelson received her B.A., cum laude, in Criminal Justice and Spanish from Minot State University, and her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law.
