Abstract

Moss & Barnett announced that Jeffrey L. Leclerc has joined Moss & Barnett's real estate and banking and commercial transactions teams as a shareholder. Jeff's practice focus is in the areas of commercial real estate development and finance. He has represented both owners and lenders in numerous transactions, guiding clients through the intricacies of both sides of the process. Jeff received his J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Dakota in 1987.

"Jeff is a highly distinguished and experienced commercial real estate lawyer who very nicely complements our existing lineup in that practice area," said Moss & Barnett President and CEO, Tom Shroyer.

Kara Gansmann , UND Law Class of 2007, has joined Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP after practicing appellate law as a staff attorney for two judges on an intermediate court of appeals in Texas. She currently works as an associate in the Medical Malpractice and Premises Liability Groups of the CSH Law Wilmington office. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, the University of North Dakota and the University of North Dakota School of Law.
