UND ‘Chemistry Fun Day’ for youth in Grades 4-6 is March 23

Abstract

The University of North Dakota Undergraduate Chemistry Club is planning its next Chemistry Fun Day Saturday, March 23, from 2-4 p.m., for students in grades 4-6 at the UND Chemistry Department.

This event will include hands-on activities, so advance registration and permission forms completed by parents or guardians will be required. UND students will present favorite chemistry demonstrations and assist the attendees in learning about chemistry. There will be chemistry "prizes" for each participant. Support for the event is provided in part by the Red River Valley Section of the American Chemical Society and by the UND Chemistry Department.
