Abstract

This past spring, Katy Sunnarborg at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital fundraising office in Minneapolis, Minnesota reached out to UND College of Nursing and Professional Disciplines to offer an a great opportunity to interested students. Ms. Sunnarborg works with students at UND to execute their Up 'til Dawn program, which is a fundraising program run by students to raise money and awareness for St. Jude. They were interested in engaging more students with the program as participants and also as leaders on their Executive Board planning committee.

St. Jude's was looking for underclassmen to serve on their executive board for the 2012-2013 academic year, and were trying to find students who wanted to hold a leadership position and are passionate about the cause. Sixteen students expressed an interest in serving and their names were sent forward.

We would like to congratulate the following students on their appointment to the St. Jude's Executive Board for 2012-2013. Please consider doing what you can to support their efforts on behalf of St. Jude's Hospital.
