With mid-terms upon us, students, faculty and staff can experience increased levels of stress this time of year. There are lots of ways to help manage one's stress including eating right, getting enough sleep and finding ways to relieve tension such as hobbies or exercise. Recently, UND's Studio Onefeatured segments on various aspects of identifying and dealing with stress and stress management.
