Abstract

Severson, Wogsland & Liebl, PC, of Fargo, is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer Albaugh has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the Family Law Division. Jennifer focuses her practice on divorces, custody and visitation disputes, adoptions, guardianships, prenuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements.

“Jennifer has proven herself to be a valuable member of our team,” says co-founder Greg Liebl.

Prior to joining Severson, Wogsland & Liebl, Jennifer clerked for the United States District Court, District of North Dakota, for the Honorable Chief Judge Ralph R. Erickson in Fargo, North Dakota. Before joining Judge Erickson’s chambers, she served as a law clerk for the Judges of the South Central Judicial District. As a law clerk, Jennifer was responsible for conducting a significant amount of legal research, and writing memorandums and orders on various legal issues.

She is admitted to practice in the State Courts of North Dakota and Minnesota, is a member of the North Dakota Bar Association, and Cass County Bar Association. She also serves as the current President-Elect of North Dakota’s Young Lawyer’s Section. Jennifer received Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Dakota. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012.
