House Majority Leader Earl Strinden speaks at a Public Issues Forum at the North Dakota State Fair in Minot on 28 July 1988. The North Dakota Extension Homemakers sponsored the event.

A Republican, Earl Strinden represented Grand Forks in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1967 until 1989. He also served for many years as President of the UND Alumni Association and Foundation.
