Description
A John Deere tractor is prominently displayed at a protest in Bismarck in December 1977. The tractor is hauled atop a trailer with the words: "This is the Same Trailer Chip Carter Spoke from When He Promised to Help Agriculture--Colfax, N.D." Another sign reading "Washington Farm Advisors" hangs in the cab of the tractor, while two "President Carter" signs are also present.
