State Representatives Ralph Winge (left) and Fern Lee (right) during the 1975 legislative session. Fern Lee represented Towner from 1967 to 1968 and from 1971 to 1980 in the North Dakota House. Ralph Winge from Litchville also served separate terms in the House: the first from 1959 to 1960 and the second from 1971 until 1978.
