A 1972 photograph of Arthur Baumgartner, a lifelong resident of Dickinson. He was a member of the Dickinson City Commission and also served two terms as Mayor of the city. He worked for over 35 years for the Burlington Northern Railroad and was active in the United Transportation Union.
