Description
Governor Art Link sealing a time capsule in July 1977. Joining him at the front of the room are State Representative Corliss Mushik, chair of the North Dakota Bicentennial Commission, and an unidentified representative from Reynolds Aluminum. (from back of photograph)
Art Link served in the United States House of Representatives from 1971 to 1973 and as Governor of North Dakota from 1973 to 1981.
Corliss Mushik represented Mandan in both the North Dakota House of Representatives and the North Dakota Senate from 1971 until 1996.
