Description

Ragnvald Anderson (R.A.) Nestos served as Governor of North Dakota from 1921 until 1925. A native of Voss, Norway, Nestos graduated from the University of North Dakota in 1904. Nestos became governor in 1921 following the recall of Governor Lynn Frazier, but was defeated for re-election by Arthur Sorlie in 1924.
