Delia Touche is from Fort Totten, ND and primarily works in printmaking.
Her work stems from the impact of being surrounded by colonized spaces, assimilating into white America as well as rediscovery of her indigenous culture.
Exhibited in the fourth annual North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival. The exhibition featured the work of 52 different artists from around the world, each addressing a human rights, civil rights or social justice issue.
