Artist Bio

Delia Touche is from Fort Totten, ND and primarily works in printmaking. She is currently a Print Media student at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Detroit, Michigan.

Her work stems from the impact of being surrounded by colonized spaces, assimilating into white America as well as rediscovery of her indigenous culture. She describes herself as an Indigenous printmaker, bookmaker, and beader.

Additional Information

Exhibited in the fourth annual North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival. The exhibition featured the work of 52 different artists from around the world, each addressing a human rights, civil rights or social justice issue.
