The Mountain Plains Mental Health Technology Transfer Center (MHTTC) was a SAMHSA-funded grant that provided training resources and technical assistance to individuals serving persons with mental health disorders. Particular attention was given to serving providers with limited access to service delivery systems, with attention paid to rural, agricultural, and tribal communities. The Mountain Plains MHTTC served the states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. The Mountain Plains MHTTC was administered under a partnership between the University of North Dakota and the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education. The Mountain Plains MHTTC has developed a repository of free products and resources developed throughout the grant cycle to be available for continued use and should not be distributed for a fee without the express written permission of the Mountain Plains MHTTC.
