Description
Cartoon depicts the "Grand Forks School System" taking a giant step while holding a paper, "School Bond Approval." Electors of the Grand Forks Public School District No. 1 voted to build a second high school. The proposed site will be on a 40-acre tract approximately five blocks west of 17th Avenue South and South Washington Street. Construction will begin in the spring.
