The UND LEADS Archive preserves documents related to the University of North Dakota’s strategic planning history, with a special focus on the development and implementation of UND LEADS. The archive is organized into three collections: LEADS Development Documents, LEADS Implementation Documents, and Pre-LEADS Strategic Plans. Together, these materials document how UND gathered campus and community input, developed strategic priorities, implemented the LEADS core values, measured progress, shared stories, and situated UND LEADS within the university’s broader history of strategic planning.
