Description
This telegram dated January 25, 1956, from Frank Heart to United States (US) Senator William Langer, indicates Heart has questions for Langer to answer and that Heart has been trying to get a hold of Langer. Heart says he will call a meeting once he gets a letter from Langer. There is a note attached to the top of this telegram, dated January 24, 1956 that says "Mr. Youngbird Calling Bismarck OPR 12."
