Description
This letter dated April 19, 1949, from United States Senator William Langer to Three Affiliated Tribes member Earl Bateman, thanks Bateman for his confidential correspondence which informed Langer about a conflict within the Three Affiliated Tribes. Langer indicates that he's willing to help Bateman in any way he can.
A handwritten note on the top of the letter reads, "Cross, Martin."
