Description
This letter dated February 3, 1949, from United States (US) Senator William Langer to Burton Wilcox, Langer tells Wilcox, regarding the relocation of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation, that he has received his proposal and will be speaking with the US Bureau of Indian Affairs about it.
There is a handwritten note at the top of the document that reads "Indians."
