Description
This letter dated May 11, 1949, from United States Senator William Langer to Vice President of National American Indian Defense Association Floyd Montclair, marks receipt of Montclair’s letter from April 9, 1949. Langer acknowledges Montclair’s charge of abusive language toward Indians by Superintendent Quin and alerts Montclair that his letter has been forwarded to Chairman of Interior and Insular Affairs Senator Joseph C. O’Mahoney.
