Description
Letter dated March 26, 1919 from State Attorney General Langer to L. F. Hinegardner's regarding new trial proceedings in State v. Stepp. Langer acknowledges receipt of Hinegardner's letter "some time ago" and informs Hinegardner that he understands the new trial is to take place shortly. He asks Hinegardner to let him know "if anything different from this should come up."
