Description
In this letter, dated December 3, 1917 from North Dakota (ND) Senator Oscar Lindstrom to ND Attorney General William Langer regarding their plans to meet and talk. Lindstrom informs Langer that that he will be in Chicago on Friday and may be able to stop in Bismarck on his way back.
