Description
In this letter, dated December 7, 1917, fromNorth Dakota (ND) State Senator Oscar Lindstrom to ND Attorney General William Langer regarding their plan to meet in Bismarck, December 7, 1917, Lindstrom writes that he will stop in Bismarck on his way back from Chicago.
