Description
In this letter, dated December 13, 1917, from Salvation Army Lieutenant-Colonel E. Marcussen to North Dakota (ND) Attorney General William Langer, Marcussen responds to Langer's letter of December 11, 1917 regarding the case of ND state senator Oscar Lindstrom, writing that he acknowledges that Ensign Marshall has turned the case over to Langer.
