Artist Bio
Cody Marks was born in Yankton, SD, and grew up in Aberdeen, SD. He received his BA at Northern State University and later received his MFA at the University of North Dakota.
Additional Information
Dedicated to abstraction, Marks' work fuses geometric forms with elements of graffiti. The patterns and arrangements of his abstract forms draw reference from his ancestry as a Native American.
