Abstract
Oral history interview with Gus Pederson of the U.S. Army during the Second World War. Pederson was taken prisoner in 1943 during the Italian campaign and was a prisoner of war in Germany until 1945.
Gustave M. Pederson was born in Clay County, Minnesota, on June 8, 1919, and died on 27 February 2000. He lived most of his life in Barnesville, Minnesota, and is buried in Clay County.
