Artist Bio

Heather McAdams is an American cartoonist born in 1954 in Northern Virginia and is currently based out of Chicago, Illinois. McAdams studied at the School of Art Institute of Chicago and graduated in 1979. She is best known for her single panel cartoons in the Chicago Reader, her avant-garde films, her illustrated calendars, and her needlepoint projects.
