Description

A University of North Dakota student and his child are seen walking east along Sixth Avenue North, just past the wastewater lift station, on a wintry Tuesday. They are completely bundled up. Around two inches of snow, both new and from a "super blizzard" ten days earlier, were blown around by winds of up to 40 miles per hour. Many schools closed for the day, including UND after an initial late start.
