"The horse-drawn wagon seems out of place in this 1927 photograph of the R.B. Griffith Company (Ontario Store) and the north side of DeMers between Third and Fourth streets. The Griffith building was designed by Joseph Bell DeRemer." (from Grand Forks: A Pictorial History page 117)
