Located at 115 North 4th Street in downtown Grand Forks, this iconic structure featured distinct late-Victorian Romanesque design choices. Originally constructed for Constructed for $26,000 as an eight-room facility, it was praised as one of the finest educational structures in the Dakota Territory. Since it's opening in 1882 the physical school campus has evolved drastically through an ongoing cycle of demolition, reconstruction, and expansion.
