Description
Photograph taken at night of front of the Empire Theatre showing it's marquee during the first week of April 1965. Walt Disney's "Mary Poppins" movie with actors Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke was displayed on the marquee and was shown at the Empire from April 15rd to April 22nd in 1964.
The side of the street in front of the Empire is fully lined with parked cars and two women are on their way out of the Empire front door. The photograph was also put in the University of North Dakota's 1965 Annual.
