Description
One of the many Flower Parades that began to become popular around 1900. The ideas began in the summer of 1899. The parades that were held the summer became the precedent to many that followed.
This picture during the Flower Parade shows two horses, each with and escort that has on a suit and top hat, pulling a carriage completely covered (even the wheels) with flowers. There are two women sitting in the carriage and wearing nice dresses.
