Photograph taken sometime around 1936 of the U.S. Post Office and Federal Courthouse, Located in the Davies Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. the post offices and been moved to a few different locations since it's opening in 1906.
On the left side of photo behind the parking lot are two local business. Tom McGoey's Everything Electrical and the "New" Belmont Cafe (NIck G., John G., and Geo Tsoumpas).
Cars line the street and many are in the parking lot, on of them being a Model A Coupe. A man is approaching a bicycle leaning against the side of building, another man appears to be talking to someone in a car with his foot resting on the running board.
