Description
Photograph taken of Goodman's Big G furniture store after it was destroyed by fire on December 20, 1971. Goodman's was located at 1605 South Washington Street at the time of fire. Two stores next to the Goodman's were saved from the fire but sustained smoke damage.
Goodman's Big G was a sprawling furniture and appliance store owned by Charles W. Goodman (1927-1993).
