Photograph of Clifford Block, a three story brick office building on the corner of fourth street and DeMers avenue. . Date of photo is unknown.
From 1902 to 1918 this building housed the University of North Dakota Law School, Robertson Lumber Company, and Northwest Trust Company. The building has been called a few different names: the Clifford Building, the Clifford Block or the Robertson Lumber building. Unfortunately it was destroyed in the 1997 Grand Forks flood.
