Description
Photograph of the Grand Forks Public Library taken in 1974. A sign displaying the library name is shown on the left side of photo on a fence surrounding the property and goes up to parking lot entrance. A large parking lot that takes up almost the entire area in front of library has only one light pole, with four lights in the center, is about half full of parked cars. In the background to the left of library is another parking lot with many cars parked in it. Apartment buildings seem to be lining the entire backside and they extend along both sides of library.
