From James Carley's notes: Stoneware mixing bowl, 9" dia., blue gray salt #145. Stoneware mixing bowl, 9" dial., blue gray salt glaze, with 3 brushed blue floral sprigs spaced around the piece, & 3 diagonal lines under the pouring spout which was pushed into the lip. The rim angles down slightly. It seems to have been fired on 5 or 6 supports upside down, so the bottom is glazed. Pur. Indianapolis. Came from New Hampshire.
