From James Carley's notes: Stoneware pie plate, 9 1/4" dia. Rounded bottom. The rim is blackened from use, but the aware is cream colored or white. Red brown gloss glaze inside. These are called saucer pie plates in the Robinson Clay Products Co. catalog for 1903. Purchased Bucks Co. PA.
