From James Carley's notes: Stoneware preserve jar, 10 1/2" high, with glossy salt glaze, a nice rosy brown on the upper part. Yellowish body. A raised collar below the straight neck. Two small chips at rim, hair cracks. Purchased Greenville, Indiana.
