Description
This telegram, dated February 27, 1956, from Turtle Mountain Advisory Committee Chairperson Patrick Gourneau to United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick urges the extension of the US Indian Claims Commission and requests Burdick's support of the extension without amendment. A handwritten note on the telegram reads, "HR 5566" referring to US House Resolution 5566.
