Description

This letter from United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick to attorney Walter Burk concerns the operating pool level of the Garrison Dam. The document contains a letter from Burdick as well as a letter that Burdick is forwarding from EC Itschner, Assistant Chief of Engineers for Civil Works. The first letter, from Burdick, states that Itschaner's letter just arrived and is attached. Itschner's letter details the projected kilowatts generated by the dam at operating levels of 1,840 and 1,850. The letter uses tables to display this data and summarizes it in stating that the total estimated loss from using 1,840 instead of 1,850 is $1,589,000.
