Description
This letter, dated April 13, 1956, from United States (US) Representative Usher Burdick to Three Affiliated Tribes member Lillie Wolf thanks Wolf for her April 5 letter and for providing her opinion on per capita payments. Burdick says that he hopes the tribes can resolve their internal conflict.
