Front view of the Library Building of red brick construction trimmed with limestone. Piles of dirt and building materials surround the building. Along the right backside of the building are several trees and to the left railroad train cars. The corner stone of the building reads "1907" and above the door are decorative ornate carvings. A top the front of the building are the words "Library Building." Andrew Carnegie donated $30,000 for the construction of the Library.
