Artist Bio

Gerald Ferstman is an accomplished abstract artist and former associate of James Pierce. He taught printmaking at the University of Kentucky for more than 40 years.

William Canavan Tucker is a visual artists currently based out of New York City. Tucker studied at several schools, most notably was receiving his BFA in painting at Harvard College in 1965, and his MFA from Northern Illinois University in 1967. He is best known for his colorful, abstract, yet symbolic paintings and prints. William Canavan Tucker has work in the permanent collections of the Library of Congress, The Art Institute of Chicago, and several other galleries around the U.S.

This exhibition was held at the West Broadway Gallery in New York. The yellow poster depicts two separate drawings by the two artists.
