Artist Bio
Marilyn Hamann is a Kentucky based artist. Hamman obtained her MFA from the University of Kentucky and went on to teach at the University as well. She is best known for her brightly colored acrylic paintings which can be described as hard lined pop art still lifes with the occasional surrealist style. Marilyn Hamann has work in the permanent collections of the University of Kentucky Art Museum.
